Stephanie knew I would benefit most from the latest technology based on my activities and tests. Ascent provides Starkey hearing aids but with my BCBSRI plan (Nations Hearing) I could not get the latest Starkey technology. She suggested I try elsewhere in order to get what would be best for me. To me that is the mark of a true and dedicated professional. She did not try to push the older tech on me but rather told me what would be best for me. I told her if I could not provider of the newer tech and I had to accept the older models I would definitely return and get it from Ascent,. If you want honesty this is the place to go! Especially since not everyone really needs the higher tech. I am a musician so it is important for me.
